EASTBAY Works is a collaborative of more than one hundred organizations in Alameda and Contra Costa counties and beyond.

This collaborative's purpose is to ensure that employment, training, and other workforce-related services in the two-county area are provided in an efficient and smooth manner. To this end, some of the partners included here are collocated in the 13 sites listed under "Find Us".

There are several programs and activities identified in the Workforce Investment Act that shall make their services available to customers through the One-Stop Delivery System. The Act identifies programs that are required partners as well as additional human resource programs that may be partners in the One-Stop.
