Federal Bonding Program
An innovative activity that serves as a tool to secure the job placement of ex-offenders and other high-risk applicants. The program, sponsored by the U.S. Department of Labor, issues Fidelity bonds.

Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) and Welfare-to-Work Tax Credit
WOTC promotes the hiring of individuals who qualify as members of target groups, by providing a federal tax credit incentive of up to $8,500 for employers who hire them. Ex-offenders can qualify under this program.
