Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) and Welfare-to-Work Tax Credit
WOTC promotes the hiring of individuals who qualify as members of various target groups, by providing a federal tax credit incentive of up to $8,500 for employers who hire them.



Federal Bonding Program
An innovative activity that serves as a tool to secure the job placement of ex-offenders and other high-risk applicants. The program, sponsored by the U.S. Department of Labor, issues Fidelity bonds.



Federal Bonding Program Through EDD
The Employment Development Department’s (EDD) Fidelity Bonding Program provides bonding services at no cost to employers, employees, and job seekers at Workforce Services sites and One-Stop Career Centers throughout California.
